Nicolas Snyder, MSPA
Nicolas moved to Arizona from Ohio to finish his education at ATSU. He graduated in 2010 and began in Emergency Medicine. He quickly realized that pain complaints were the most common cause of ER visits and that there was a failure in our treatment of pain which contributed to the Opioid epidemic. He knew there must be a better solution than prescriptions that simply mask the pain and do nothing to address the underlying issue. From there forward, he began training and specializing in preventative, non-prescription pain management and finds joy in seeing his patients out of their pain through more effective approaches. He has successfully integrated this type of medicine in many clinics around the Valley and is excited to bring these services to Queen Creek and partner with San Tan Physical Therapy. Nic is a father to two beautiful girls and has been happily married to his wife for seven years. He enjoys building things in his free time, watching Ohio State Football games and being outdoors with his family.

Jillian Trulson, PA-C
Jillian grew up in Fountain Hills, AZ and attended the University of Arizona for her undergraduate degree. She received a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University. Since graduating she has specialized in Pain Management and Primary Care. Jillian loves working with patients to help them establish and reach their healthcare goals and needs. Jillian believes in finding and treating the underlying problem instead of just masking the symptoms with medications. She has successfully integrated a non-opioid pain management clinic in Gilbert and is excited to bring her services and knowledge to Queen Creek. Jillian is happily married to her high school sweetheart and has two beautiful, energetic kids; a girl and a boy, who keep her busy. She loves to travel in her free time and spend time with her family.
